- GRAPH A STOCK HELP SCREEN (2)
-
- The stock price bars running through the display have a small box on the
- right hand side. This box is the closing price for each day. The top of
- the bar is the day's high and the bottom the low. There is one except-
- ion to this rule - Should the stock have the same high, low and close
- the stock will still have some thickness to allow for the proper buy,
- sell, or hold signals.
-
- Running through the presentation, with the price bars, are the long and
- short term average presentations. The long term average contains small
- squares on the line to distinguish it from the short term average. If
- you happen to have a color display it is also colored magenta. The short
- term average is a white plain line on both the color and monochrome dis-
- plays.
-
- Across the top of the display are the "DOW" arrows. These give an indi-
- cation of the buy and sell signals that are currently being carried on
- the DOW average. You can use any average you choose but regardless of
- what you use, you still must use the name "DOW"
